ICTSI identifies MICT as one of three Port of Manila terminals, while the Philippine Ports Authority administers South Harbor as a separate facility. The Bureau of Customs requires electronic cargo manifests and Goods Declarations through E2M and reported restored normal NAIA cargo operations in August 2026 after a warehouse congestion event.
