Freivio Global is a Freivio Group brand. Information submitted here is stored in the group’s Exchange operations system for authorised staff to assess and respond to your shipment requirement. An enquiry is not a booking or a customs appointment.

Information we collect

We collect the contact, business, route, cargo and instruction details you provide, together with your acknowledgement of this notice. Optional shipment documents and operational updates are attached to your shipment record. A limited security identifier is used to prevent repeated submissions.

How information is used and shared

We use the information to assess requirements, prepare quotations and coordinate agreed services. Relevant details may be shared with carriers, overseas agents and customs specialists when needed to assess or fulfil the service. Full customer details and documents are not included in public exchange listings.

Access & requests

Keep your shipment access code private. It gives access to published shipment updates and document submission. For a correction, deletion or privacy question, submit an enquiry identifying the existing reference and request. Do not send identity documents, payment-card details or passwords.

Service confirmation

The contracting legal entity, service scope, applicable terms, customs responsibilities, charges and payment arrangements must be provided and accepted in writing before a booking. UAE office plans are proposals and do not represent an established local operation.

Storage

Records are held in hosted business systems with restricted staff access. Records should be retained only as needed for enquiries, agreed services and applicable record-keeping obligations. No marketing subscription is created by submitting an enquiry.
